At Hallowitch Costumes, we want you to be spellbound by your purchase; if your item isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all costumes remain unworn, in their original packaging, and with all magical accessories included.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the costume and all included components back into the original bag or box, ensuring the garment tags are still securely attached.
Apply Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Receive Your Refund
Once our coven inspects the returned items at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
