Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. During the peak October season, we recommend choosing Express Shipping at checkout to ensure your outfit arrives before your event.
How do I choose the right size?
Each costume page features a detailed size chart. Since costume sizing can differ from standard retail clothing, we recommend measuring your chest, waist, and height for the most accurate fit.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the costume is unworn, in its original packaging, and includes all accessories. Please note that returns are not accepted for intimate items like hosiery or wigs.
Are the accessories included with the costume?
Unless specified in the 'What's Included' section of the product description, accessories like boots, weapons, and wigs are sold separately to allow for personal customization.
